The Customer Success Management (CSM) team follows the sales process.

We work with our customers to understand their goals and create Objectives / Key Results (OKR) that are updated yearly to ensure continued business value.

We also focus on other dimensions such as Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), user enablement, product usage and product roadmaps.
